Tenants are required to give written notice of any maintenance problem. Please note, our lease states specifically that "tenant caused" problems will be charged back to the tenant. To avoid costly maintenance charges, first, see the list of "Do it yourself" videos located on this page. Then, if you still can't fix it, email us using the contact form below. Fill out the following form describing your detailed maintenance issues and a service technician will be sent to make the repair.
